Spacious one- and two-bedroom rental apartments are available in a variety of floor plans from 710 to almost 1,800 square feet. In fact, Aston Gardens offers some of the largest senior living residences available in the industry. Each apartment is equipped with a balcony or lanai, carpet and window treatments, a full kitchen, an optional washer and dryer, large walk-in closets and an additional storage space area. Some Aston Gardens communities also offer you the option of owning your own home. At this time, beautiful villas are available for purchase in Tampa, Naples and Venice.
Top of Page - What does my monthly fee include?
All the comforts of home - and then some! For one monthly fee, you'll enjoy a Continental Plus breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner, a fabulous Sunday brunch, individually controlled air conditioning and heat, weekly housekeeping and linen service, transportation to appointments and shopping, all utilities (except telephone), pest control service, complete interior and exterior maintenance and much more. Top of Page - What types of activities do you offer?
At any given time, you'll find arts and crafts classes, billiards and bridge tournaments, wine tasting, educational seminars, exercise classes and other interesting activities taking place at The Club. After mastering your putting stroke on the putting green, pamper yourself in the salon. The Club, which includes more than 20,000 square feet of space, also boasts a state-of-the-art ballroom, a billiards room, a library, computers and a fitness center outfitted with the latest equipment. There's a year-round heated swimming pool, sundeck and spa available for your pleasure. Plus, the Activities Director plans a full calendar of year-round activities, entertainment and outings, including dinner dances, cruises, shopping trips and trips to the theater, theme parks, beaches, and barbecues.
Top of Page - Will I have to pay an endowment fee before I move to Aston Gardens?
No. As a rental community, Aston Gardens does not require the substantial prepayments or endowments generally associated with other types of senior communities.
Top of Page - Will my monthly fee increase?
Our Rent Protection Program takes the worry out of rent increases. With our exclusive Rent Protection Program, we will guarantee your rent will not increase for the length of the program time. Ask your Leasing Consultant for full details and length of terms for this program. This is a 2 year program.
Top of Page - Do you offer assisted living?
Yes! If there comes a time when you need assistance with the activities of daily living, the assisted living residences in Naples, Sun City Center ,Parkland Commons, Tampa and Venice will provide personal care in a comfortable setting.
Top of Page - Do you offer transportation?
Yes. Aston Gardens has buses, vans and town cars that can get you where you need to go in comfort. In addition to regularly scheduled trips, if you need to go to the doctor, the airport, the golf course or the mall, the chauffeur can take you there. Please see specific communites for transportation details.
Top of Page - May I entertain guests at Aston Gardens?
Of course you can; it's your home! Your friends and family - including the grandkids - are always welcome at Aston Gardens. Invite them to join you for a delicious meal in the dining room, or reserve the private dining room for special occasions and get- togethers. Gather the family for a relaxing afternoon by the pool or simply enjoy showing off your own lovely apartment home. You may also be interested to know that if you are expecting company from out of town, Aston Gardens may have reasonably priced guest suites available.

Top of Page - Are there assigned seats in the dining room?
No. When you come to dinner, a host or hostess - as well as some mouthwatering aromas - will greet you! You may request any table or seating arrangement you desire or you can ask us to introduce you to some new friends.
